We went last month and it was everything you’d hope for. The terrace seating is lovely in the evening light.
As someone who grew up in Binissalem, it’s great to see Mallorcan wines getting the recognition they deserve. The Manto Negro grape is really special — try anything from Bodegas Ribas if you haven’t already.
For a great wine tasting experience, I’d recommend visiting Bodega Macià Batle in Santa Maria. Beautiful setting and they do excellent guided tours.
